The new intelligence for maximum system availability.

Everything in a single view - with the UPS-CONF softwareThe UPS uses IQ technology to determine all relevant battery states.

The UPS-CONF software displays this in a clearly arranged view, which gives you a full overview of your UPS system at all times.

Furthermore, all events can be tracked in the protocol.

Communication with the battery: Easy startup and high fault tolerance.

Your UPS solution can be installed quickly and easily as any connected battery modules are detected automatically. It is no longer necessary to set the charging characteristic, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors.

Continuous monitoring of the power storage device means that you have all information to hand during operation and can respond in good time.

Configurable switching outputs issue important messages before errors occur.

A system failure can be prevented, for example, by means of an alarm message warning that the life expectancy of the battery has expired.

Controlled PC shutdown in the event of a mains failure.

Industrial PCs are shut down in a controlled fashionIn PC mode, a PC or industrial PC is supplied with 24 V DC for as long as possible in accordance with the currently available buffer time. This prevents a premature shutdown of the PC.

If the mains power does not return at the end of the buffer time, the UPS shuts down the computer in a controlled fashion.

When the mains power returns, the PC starts automatically and a manual restart is not necessary.

Servicing and maintenance can now be planned - thus reducing costs.

The intelligent UPS informs you of the remaining life expectancy of the battery, making servicing easy to plan.

If the battery is replaced at the ideal time, you can avoid costs that would occur by replacing the battery too early or after a failure.

The UPS-IQ also features a service mode, which can be activated during operation, for example, in order to replace the battery or perform maintenance work. This informs the control room that the UPS cannot buffer during this period.

A QUINT UPS-IQ system.

The right combination of UPS and battery for every application.

A UPS system consists of a power supply unit, UPS and battery QUINT UPS-IQs with output currents of 5 to 40 A are available for 24 V DC applications.

AC applications in 120 V AC and 230 V AC networks are provided for by the QUINT UPS-IQ with 500 VA output power.

The matching QUINT battery modules offer buffer times, for example, of 8 hours at 5 A or 30 minutes at 40 A.
