"My product compacts on to the vibrating fork and it ceases to work"... "It is a shame that the fork can't be a bit longer or maybe shorter" .... "Having to orientate the fork can make it tricky to set up in the first place." Familiar problems to many users and from Rechner Sensorswe have a solution!
The new 26 series EasyTeach sensor is insensitive to considerable build up, can be any length up to 2m, and is easy to install with orientation being irrelevant. It is a Capacitive sensor but you should not confuse it with other Capacitive sensors on the market place. EasyTeach combines the proven Rechner High Performance technology with all the benefits of the incredibly successful 26 series and then adds a one button EasyTeach system to give the complete solution. The High Performance technology allows for unusually large amounts of product build up without interruption to the function of the sensor, however the semi circular shape of the active area of the 26 series helps to minimise the build up in the first place. The High Performance technology also means that for a whole range of similar products such as dry goods where you might expect to re-adjust the sensor this is simply not necessary with the new EasyTeach from Rechner. The sensor is suitable for level control of liquids and dry products and is ideal for the food and pharmaceutical industries with a PP (Polypropylene) housing and an ability to withstand CIP up to 121°C. The PP part which will be in contact with the product to be detected conforms to FDA regulations (title 21, chapter 1, part 177.1520). The probe diameter is 32mm with an active area diameter of 26mm and the mounting is G 1 ½ " Output is antivalent (NO + NC) Supply voltage 10 - 35 volts DC. Protection rating is IP 68 for the probe and IP 65 for the connection head. EasyTeach is available with either PNP or NPN outputs. |
