Rechner TiLevel optimised level probes

Rechner's TiLevel - The Gamechanger.

The latest development from Rechner Sensors in Germany, is their TiLevel Probe that provides continuous level measurement of bulk solids, powders and liquids. It detects materials by automatic compensation of dielectric constant in a wide range from ε_r1.5 to 80.

There is no need to readjust when changing products. One setting for all media provides Medium-independent measurement over the entire probe length.

Features include:

Setting with an empty vessel - no filling material is necessary
FDA compliant probe material
PEEK FDA 21 CFR 177.2415
PTFE FDA 21 CRD 177.1550
Probe dimensions : 100 to 2000mm
Simple adjustment via :
control wire ETW (EasyTeach by wire) or
magnet on teachspot ETM (EasyTeach by magnet).
Rechner's Easy Teach adjustement process
Probes currently have analog outputs (voltage U or current I).
Further digital interfaces are possible in the future (IO-Link and Bluetooth).
